Terms & Design Rights

Your responsibility for designs

Shirt LLC's design tool lets you create custom artwork using artificial intelligence. You are solely responsible for the design you create, order, and have printed. By adding a design to your cart and completing checkout, you confirm that:

• You own the rights to the design, or have permission to use it.
• The design does not infringe any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
• The design does not violate any law or the policies of our print partners.
• You accept full legal and financial responsibility for any claim arising from the design.

What we may refuse or cancel

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or remove any order or design at our discretion, including designs that appear to infringe third-party rights, contain prohibited content, or fail review by our print-on-demand partner.

No guaranteed likeness

The AI may not produce an exact likeness of any person, character, brand, or logo. Descriptions are interpreted artistically. We do not guarantee that a generated design will match a specific reference.

Print partner review

Orders are fulfilled by a third-party print provider. That provider may perform its own content review and may delay or cancel an order if the artwork violates its policies.
