Privacy Notice
What this covers
This notice explains what Shirt LLC collects when you use the site, who it is shared with, and the choices you have. It applies to shirtllc.store and the Shirt LLC pages hosted with Lovable. Checkout happens on Shopify's pages, which have their own privacy notice.
What we collect
- The design description you type and the artwork it produces, so your design can be shown, saved, and printed.
- What you put in your cart, held in your browser so it survives a refresh.
- Order and delivery details, collected at checkout by Shopify rather than by this site.
- Basic technical information — pages viewed, approximate region, browser and device — used to keep the site working and to measure advertising.
Advertising measurement (Google Ads)
We run ads through Google Ads and use its measurement code to understand how those ads perform. Two purposes are enabled: measuring conversions (which ads led to a purchase or a visit to checkout) and optimising ad delivery toward those results.
The information sent to Google is limited to browsing activity: the pages you visited on this site, a cookie identifier, and standard browser and device details. Your name, email address, and payment details are not sent to Google by this site. Purchases are reported by Shopify, where the sale completes.
In regions that require permission first, this code does not load until you accept. Where permission is not required, it loads normally. Your choice is stored in your browser together with the date you made it and the version of this notice you were shown.
Who we share with
- Google Ads — advertising measurement and ad optimisation.
- Shopify — checkout, payment processing, and order records.
- Our print partner — the artwork and shipping address needed to print and deliver your shirt.
- Our image generation providers (OpenAI, with Google as a fallback) — the design description you type, to produce the artwork.
- Our hosting provider — to serve the site.
We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
You can change your advertising cookie choice at any time. Withdrawing stops new measurement from being collected from that moment; it does not remove data already recorded. Rejecting means the advertising code never loads in this browser, and ordinary site functionality is unaffected.
How long we keep things
Saved designs are kept so you can reorder them, until you ask us to remove them. Order records are kept as long as accounting and consumer law require. Your cookie choice stays in your browser until you change it or clear your browsing data.
